The Carer role supports young people in accommodation and collaborates with the House Coordinator to implement individual case plans, mentoring and guiding daily activities.
The position requires shift work including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts, with opportunities for training and development within a supportive team.
