Duties

- Duties: Conduct routine, ingoing, and open homes
- Partner with the Team Leader on arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Prepare lease agreements,



manage bonds, and drive seamless property onboarding
- Proactively coordinate maintenance and liaise with local trades
- Deliver an exceptional service to landlords and tenants

Skills and experience

- Current Certificate of Registration (or working towards your Real Estate Licence)
- Solid foundational knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and strata legislation
- Polished communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy mindset with an organised, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive, professional, and confident demeanour
