Protech are currently recruiting Road Maintenance Labourers to join a specialised crack sealing crew working across the Central Coast region.
This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking, reliable individuals with construction labouring experience who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a close-knit team.
About the Role
As a member of the crack sealing crew, you will assist with road maintenance and rehabilitation works, helping to maintain critical road infrastructure throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with crack sealing and road maintenance activities
Operating hand and power tools
Loading, unloading and handling materials and equipment
Traffic and site housekeeping duties
Following protected work practices and site procedures
Working as part of a team to deliver projects efficiently and safely
About You
Previous construction or civil labouring experience
A current MR Licence (highly regarded)
White Card
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable transport and a solid work ethic




Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
