SwarmFarm Robotics is seeking a Head of Operations to lead Customer Success, Integrated Autonomy and Field Service in Australia. You will own the customer-facing operating system from delivery planning through commissioning, warranty support and ongoing success.
You will build high-performing teams, drive operational consistency, and design workflows, SOPs and tooling to enable farmers to succeed with autonomy from day one. Solid leadership in agriculture tech preferred.
