What you'll actually do

- Join clients on outings
- movies, beaches, markets, sport, concerts, fishing
- Be a companion: reduce loneliness and help people feel included in their community
- Help with skill-building (e.g. using public transport, cooking, budgeting)
- Assist with meal prep, light exercise and healthy routines
- Help with errands, appointments and getting around
- Light household tasks like cleaning and gardening
- If you choose: personal care support (toileting, showering, mobility, medication) at higher rates

Who we're looking for We welcome all backgrounds. If you're patient,



reliable and genuinely enjoy spending time with people

- you're already most of the way there.

Outstanding with people who have: Autism (ASD), ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Intellectual Disability, Chronic Pain, Aged Care needs, Developmental Delay

What you need (minimum)

- Right to work in Australia + 100 points of ID
- Australian Business

Number (ABN)

- or willingness to obtain one (easy to set up, we'll show you how)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
- or willingness to get one

Nice to have

- but not required to start
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support, Disability or Aged Care
- Driver's licence and valid vehicle registration
- First Aid Certificate
- Working

With Children Check

- Experience in mental health, nursing or community services

Pay info: Social Care: Weekdays: $46/hour Weekends & public holidays: $63/hour Personal Care: Weekdays: $50/hour Weekends & public holidays: $67/hour
