About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Truck Tyre Store Manager to lead our busy Truganina operation.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will manage daily operations while actively supporting your team on the workshop floor, including assisting with truck tyre fitting when required.
You will also work closely with our Infinity Tyres Wholesale division to ensure effective stock flow and strong supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and workshop operations
- Lead,
train, and supervise a team of technicians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and commercial clients
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with Infinity Tyres Wholesale on stock, pricing, and supply
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
- Assist with tyre fitting and repairs as needed
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the commercial tyre, transport, automotive, or tyre wholesale industry
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Sales-focused with a proactive attitude
- Hands‑on and physically capable
- Current driver’s licence (HR/HC highly regarded)
