Formwork Labourers (AFS Experience) | $40 to $45ph + Travel + Super

Work Across Melbourne's Leading AFS Installation Crews

Dash Group Trades & Labour is currently seeking experienced Formwork Labourers with AFS (Permanent Formwork Systems) experience to join our growing workforce.

We partner with several of Melbourne's leading AFS contractors, supplying experienced labour to help them deliver projects when workloads increase. Rather than working for a single company, you'll have the opportunity to support multiple AFS crews across a range of commercial and high-end residential projects.

How It Works

As a labour hire employee with Dash Group, you'll be assigned to different AFS contractors based on their workload and project pipeline. Assignments with individual clients can range from 2-3 day placements through to ongoing 5-day weeks.

Our aim is to rotate reliable workers across multiple AFS crews, providing consistent work and helping you build a full working week.

The more reliable and capable you are, the more opportunities you'll receive across our client network.

Projects Include

- Commercial buildings
- Schools and education facilities
- Apartment developments
- High-end residential projects
- Basements and multi-storey concrete structures

Duties

- Assisting with the installation of AFS wall systems




- Manual handling of AFS panels and components
- Supporting formwork carpenters and AFS installers
- General formwork labouring duties
- Using power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

What We're Looking For

- Previous AFS (Permanent Formwork Systems) experience (essential)
- Experience working with AFS installation crews
- White Card
- Own PPE and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely within a team
- Recent contactable references
