Prior experience as a Construction Project Manager within the fitout industry

Prior experience preparing scopes of work and negotiating directly with trades and subcontractors during pre-construction

Prior experience preparing and managing project programs (MS Project or similar scheduling software)

Relevant current experience in the Australian construction market, min 5 years

Full rights to work in Australia and be in the country

Felton Projects is a construction and renovation specialist focused on hotel and accommodation asset repositioning, launching in August 2026 with a founding team built around delivery excellence and genuine client relationships. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Project Manager to join as a founding hire and run the delivery of hotel and hospitality fitout and renovation projects end-to-end.

This role sits at the centre of how Felton Projects delivers on its promise to clients. Day to day you will be preparing scopes of work, negotiating with trades and subcontractors, building and maintaining project programs, and managing construction through to practical completion. Much of our work happens on live sites — operating hotels, occupied common areas, restricted work hours — so you will need to be comfortable running a build around a functioning business, not just an empty shell.



Recent experience on hotel or hospitality projects is highly regarded, as is exposure to multiple project management and construction software platforms.

You will be the first Construction PM at a business launching in August 2026, helping shape how Felton Projects delivers as we expand into Melbourne and Brisbane. This role has a genuine pathway toward a senior delivery or operations position as the portfolio grows.

There is no layer of middle management between you and the Director. Your work will be seen, valued, and acted on from day one, and you will have real input into how Felton Projects' delivery model develops.
