This is a meaningful part‑time WHS role for someone who wants to do practical safety work with real variety, purpose and connection to frontline services.
Working within the Quality Assurance team, you will support safe and confident ways of working across 3Bridges' varied services and sites. You will partner with managers, team leaders, employees and volunteers to make WHS clear, useful and part of everyday operations. safety practical, visible and part of everyday work.
In this role, you will support:
- WHS systems, records, registers and compliance activity
- incident, hazard and injury reporting, investigation and follow‑up
- workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
- corrective actions and practical risk controls
- WHS training, toolbox talks, inductions and safety awareness
- emergency preparedness, including evacuation planning and drill records

By bringing calm, practical WHS guidance to varied service environments, you will help managers and teams identify risks early, respond well when issues arise and build a stronger safety culture.
About You
You are a practical and approachable WHS professional who enjoys working with people.
You understand WHS legislation and risk management principles, and you know how to apply them in real workplaces.
You will bring:
- experience in WHS, safety or compliance, ideally in a multi‑site organisation
- a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or an equivalent WHS qualification
- strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with managers and teams
- good judgement, attention to detail and the ability to follow matters through
Experience in community services, aged care, disability, education, health or a similar service environment would be highly regarded. RCA, ICAM or equivalent investigation training would also be helpful, but is not essential.
