Green Energy Technologies (GET) is expanding, and we are looking for driven, motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

This is not a standard retail sales role. We are looking for people who can build trust, guide customers through important long-term energy decisions, and deliver a professional in-home consultation experience.

GET is one of North Queensland’s most established solar and battery companies, known for premium systems, in-house installation teams, strong customer support, and industry-leading guarantees through our GET360 platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conducting in-home solar and battery consultations with qualified leads
- Helping customers understand their energy usage, costs, and system options
- Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions
- Managing your pipeline through Pipedrive CRM
- Following a structured sales process and consultation framework
- Working closely with admin, finance, and installation teams
- Building trust and long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process
- Qualified presentation and attitude
- Confidence working with technology and CRM systems
- Sales experience essential
- Solar industry experience highly regarded
- Driver’s licence required
