Nurse Practitioner-Transitional Nurse Practitioner has a strong clinical leadership role and is an integral part of the D&A; multidisciplinary team providing specialist assessment and care of patients with D&A; problems in the correctional environment.
The position holder may be required to travel to other metropolitan and outer-metropolitan adult correctional centres. Occasional rural travel may also be required.
