We are currently seeking experienced HC/MC Truck Drivers with either Walking Floor, Truck & Dog or A Double experience to join a well-established, family-owned waste and recycling company based in Blackstone, Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking for long-term stability, great pay, and the chance to secure a permanent role.

About the Role

This role has multiple openings for a variety of different truck types dependant on your license and experience. Choose form the Walking floor or Truck & Dog if you have a HC license, if you have an MC you can also choose the A double Tipper truck. Multiple roles with lots of opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operating HC/MC trucks in a variety of roles

· Transporting waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently

· Completing approximately 3–4 loads per shift

· Conducting daily pre-start and vehicle safety checks

· Maintaining a high standard of compliance and professionalism

· Working 8 - 12-hour shifts with early morning starts between 4:00am and 5:00am

· $41.00 -$45 per hour + OT + Superannuation

What We're Looking For Essential:

· Current and unrestricted HC/MC Truck Licence

· Demonstrated experience operating a variety of trucks

· Australian working rights

· Strong commitment to safety and compliance

· Reliable, flexible, and able to work long shifts

· Willingness to start early and work in a rapid-paced environment

· Road Ranger Experience is a must

Preferred:

· Previous waste, recycling, or bulk haulage experience
