Our high-performing Healthcare & Aged Care team is expanding. We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a fast-paced, high-demand Aged Care desk at Randstad

Whether you are an experienced recruiter with 2–3 years of specialist nursing recruitment experience, or a Registered/Enrolled Nurse looking to pivot your clinical knowledge into a rewarding corporate career—we want to hear from you.

The Chance: A Day in Your New Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant , you will be the heartbeat of our Aged Care division, connecting exceptional nursing professionals with critical healthcare roles across Queensland and be based either in Brisbane or the Gold Coast

- Relationship Building: This is a high-volume, phone-based role. You will spend your days proactively connecting with aged care professionals and forge strong partnerships with Aged Care clients.
- Problem Solving & Consulting: You aren't just filling jobs; you are navigating complex logistics, locations, and compliance needs to deliver seamless staffing solutions.
- On-the-Road Client Engagement: Based in Melbourne, you will travel to Adelaide for 2 days every 3–4 weeks (all travel and accommodation fully paid) to visit clients on-site, understand their facilities, and strengthen partnerships.

What You Need to Succeed

- Experience: 2–3 years of healthcare/nursing recruitment experience OR a strong nursing background (RN/EN) with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
- Drive: A love for the phone, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
