Join Sydney's Award-Winning Dog Walking Team

Stellar Paws is Sydney's most respected skilled dog walking service, and we're looking for an exceptional dog lover to join our award-winning team on Sydney's Lower North Shore & Northern Beaches on a casual/part-time basis.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

- Lead off-leash group adventures across Sydney's most beautiful parks and beaches

- Provide expert-level care and supervision

- Capture and share the fun with photos and videos

- Conduct basic health and welfare checks to ensure every dog's wellbeing

- Build genuine relationships with both dogs and their families

- Contribute to our positive, professional team culture

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

- Genuine passion for dogs and their wellbeing

- Physical fitness for active outdoor work in all weather conditions

- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation

- Reliability and punctuality - our clients depend on us

- Team player attitude with a positive, can-do approach

- Full driver's licence with reverse parking skills

- Tech-savvy and experienced with social media

Highly Valued:

- Previous experience with dogs (personal or professional)

- Pet first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Photography/social media skills

- Experience in customer service or premium service industries





- Local knowledge of Northern Beaches and/or Lower North Shore

- Candidates seeking a stable, long-term role beyond 1+ years
