We're a busy, people focused and friendly paediatric and adult Allied Health practice in North Lakes, and we're on the hunt for a Reception and Administration person who brings energy to our fun team and a genuine care to everything they do.
The role will be permanent part time, 32 hours a week (Monday to Thursday) and never boring.
What you'll be doing
- Managing NDIS and private client bookings.
- Managing therapists schedules and working with the Practice Manager to fulfill KPI targets.
- Being the friendly first point of contact for new client enquiries (phone, email and website).
- Setting up client files with care and accuracy.
- Checking in with new clients to see how they're going.
- Keeping confidentiality front of mind, always.
- Juggle our waitlists and keep up to date.
- Handling the everyday admin that keeps our team running smoothly.
- Managing billing, receipting, and reconciliations accurately.
- Owning reception phones, correspondence, and that all important first impression.
- Bringing warmth and professionalism to every interaction with staff, clients, children, families, and visitors.
- Keeping our space clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Quick to build relationships with our team, clients and third party stakeholders.
- Following our practice policies and procedures, and the initiative to streamline these where needed.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in Allied Health. This one's essential, so please only apply if this applies to you.
- Understanding and previous experience with the NDIS, also essential.
- Sharp organisational and time management skills, juggling priorities seamlessly.
- Works confidently on their own but are a true team player at heart.
- A genuine passion for great customer service.
- A friendly, professional phone manner.
- A caring, collaborative approach, especially with families who may be going through tough times.
- Initiative, you're comfortable making calls and taking ownership when it counts.
