New Store Opening: Sales Assistant- Berry, NSW (Casual)

We are thrilled to be opening in beautiful Berry (NSW) in September 2026. Currently building our opening team, roles at all levels available. If you love retail, connecting through food and are passionate about home cooking we want to hear from you!

Our Sales Assistants are our frontline customer service staff and the face of our brand. They deliver an incredible customer experience to each of our customers through warm, welcoming and inspirational service.

They have expert knowledge about our spices, merchandise and are skilled in matching these products to our customer's needs. They are focused on delivering their targets and take pride in celebrating when they achieve their goals.





They contribute to the day-to-day operation of the store through stock handling and replenishment, open/close procedures, POS operation, brewing/tea tastings and maintaining merchandising and visual displays.

Who we are looking for

- You have a genuine passion for food and retail
- You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. Spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus!
- A vibrantretail setting with a focus on customer experience & product knowledge is your ideal workplace
- You have a positive can-do outlook
- Hard work & attention to detail are secondnature
- You have previous experience within a retail, hospitality or FMCG brand
