Synergy Placements is seeking a proactive WHS Officer to support our labour-hire operations. You will conduct in office safety audits at manufacturing and warehousing sites and manage WorkCover claims and injury cases, supporting injured workers back to work.
You will be the face of safety culture with clients, resolving issues promptly while maintaining compliance. The role combines practical site work with hands-on injury management and return-to-work coordination.
