Duty Manager | Sundowner Hotel & Motel | QLD

Sundowner Hotel & Motel is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Caboolture.

As a key member of the venue leadership team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the team during day and evening shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences
- Oversee gaming, bar, bistro and venue operations
- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and venue procedures
- Assist with staff supervision, cash handling and shift management
- Support the Venue Manager in maintaining high operational standards
- Foster a positive team culture and lead by example

About You

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or hospitality leadership role




- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (QLD)
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach and passion for hospitality
- The ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
- Experience working in gaming, bar and food & beverage environments is highly regarded
