This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and is passionate about helping people into the right roles.
About the Role
We're a dynamic business that recruits for a wide range of roles across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our hiring processes in ouroffice-based team .
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Writing and posting job ads across multiple platforms
- Screening incoming resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting initial video screenings with applicants
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating recruitment activities across different states and New Zealand
- Maintaining accurate records and staying on top of interview logistics
Who You Are
We're not after a mountain of HR experience – we're aftersomeone with strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and a whole lot of practical thinking.

Previous recruitment experience is essential and a track record of recruitment agency experience will be highly regarded.
