About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Insurance Building Supervisor to join our team.

You’ll manage residential insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

You’ll work closely with our clients, trades, suppliers, and office team,



becoming the key point of contact throughout each project.

This hybrid role includes site inspections, project management & office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple insurance repair projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain strong communication with insurers, brokers, strata managers, property managers, and homeowners.
- Identify variations and provide practical solutions when required.
- Complete site inspections and quality assurance throughout each project.
- Maintain accurate project records using our management systems.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while representing AAROW BUILDING GROUP professionally.

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys building robust relationships with both clients and trades.

You will have:

- 1-5 years' experience supervising residential building projects.
- Insurance building or restoration experience (highly regarded).
- A recognised trade qualification.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of residential construction practices.
- A current White Card.
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
