IHG Hotels & Resorts Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the day-to-day leadership of our kitchen operations. Working with the Executive Chef, you will oversee food preparation and service, assist with menu execution, and lead a motivated culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of culinary experience (hotel experience desirable), HACCP knowledge, solid leadership, and a hands-on, detail-focused approach.
