We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker/MIG Welder for an immediate start in Chatswood.
About the Role
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- $46 per hour
- Temp to permanent chance
- Workshop-based role in Chatswood
- Working with mild steel and basic aluminium fabrication/ MIG welding
Duties Include
- Fabrication and welding of mild steel components
- Basic aluminium welding and repairs
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- General workshop duties and maintenance
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- MIG welding
Requirements
- Trade qualified Boilermaker/Welder preferred
- Experience with MIG welding essential
- Basic aluminium welding experience advantageous
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must hold a current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
