This role is suited to a tradesperson with strong experience across all aspects of custom joinery and cabinetry, including factory production, assembly, and installation preparation. Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Trade qualifications and proven experience as a Joiner and/or Cabinet Maker

- Strong experience in custom joinery and cabinetry

- A current White Card

- A current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle





- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting

- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail

- Commitment to delivering work to a high standard of quality and finish

- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support apprentices when required

- Experience leading projects or supervising team members is highly regarded
