We started with one store in Bathurst and have expanded to 3 stores including Orange and Belmont. Two more stores will be opening in the next 12 months.

The Role

Our goal at Blinds by Design is to make sure our employees are happy and our clients are happy.





Your day to day involves taking and making calls to schedule in-home and in-showroom consultations.

Traveling between showroom and clients homes building relationships and providing solutions to their problems.

Updating and keeping accurate records using our in house CRM software.

Tracking your pipeline and activity accurately in our CRM.

Hitting KPIs and performance targets.

What You Bring

Action easy to follow KPIs and report on performance weekly.

Essential: A full Australian driver’s licence.

Essential: Ability to obtain a NSW Security License.

The energy, the enthusiasm, the resilience to solve problems and know when to ask for help.
