Muses Ceramics Australia is a leading importer and wholesaler of high-quality porcelain tiles. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support, working closely with our sales representatives and warehouse team. You must have prior, hands‑on experience in the tile industry and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow positive relationships with our existing customer base
- Answer product and sales queries (phone, email, and in person)
- Process customer and sales orders using our operating system




- Organise pick-ups and deliveries with courier companies and manage daily delivery runs
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- General administration duties and other tasks as required by management

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years’ hands‑on experience in the tile industry (essential)
- Previous experience in a B2B customer service or sales support role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and solutions‑focused approach to customer service
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
