Due to growth in the business, we are seeking a full-time commercial lawyer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse caseload across various areas of commercial law according to your areas of experience
- The role is broad encompassing commercial law, business, estates, litigation, etc, according to experience
- The role includes both dispute resolution and litigation
- Excellent ability to successfully negotiate outcomes for clients
- Briefing Counsel for Advices, Mediations and Trials
- Opportunity to also work in other practice areas if you are interested in doing so.

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a Commercial Law or Litigation role or similar
- Prioritisation, organisation and time management skills to meet objectives
- Warm, friendly and professional with a customer service focus




- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive approach to achieving team and business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships within a dynamic team environment.
