Mounties Group is seeking a driven Duty Manager for Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW. You will oversee daily operations across food, beverage, gaming and entertainment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliant service delivery.

The role requires 3 years in operations leadership, current RSA/RCG (or willingness to obtain), and a hands-on approach with a robust customer focus. A flexible roster including days, nights and weekends is expected.
