As our People & Culture Coordinator, you will:

- Coordinate recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding and commencement.
- Support the employee lifecycle by preparing employment documentation, maintaining employee records and coordinating employment changes.
- Provide qualified advice and support to employees and managers on People & Culture processes, policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management and documentation under the guidance of senior People & Culture leaders.
- Maintain HR systems and prepare workforce reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Build positive relationships across the College while delivering responsive, customer-focused People & Culture services.
