BMOS is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager for a growing transport & logistics client based in Sydney.

This role is focused on driving B2B growth, winning new accounts, and building a strong sales pipeline .

- Identify and win recent B2B clients (retail, furniture, appliances)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (2–3x targets)
- Conduct discovery, proposals, and close high-value deals
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
- Ensure smooth handover to operations team

Ideal Candidate:

- 3–5 years B2B sales experience (logistics preferred)
- Proven track record in new business acquisition
- Strong pipeline management and closing skills
- Ability to sell value (not discount-driven sales)
- Must be based in Sydney (office-based role)
