- Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets

- Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
- Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
- Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
- Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity
- Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-presented store environment

About you

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
- Solid commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs
- Confident,
