About the role

- Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistent standard
- Serve wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Assist with glassware, stock rotation and closing procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service periods

What you will bring

- Previous bar or cocktail experience preferred
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Strong communication skills and a positive personality
- An interest in cocktails, wine and Italian-style hospitality




- Reliability and solid attention to detail
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
