You will assist customers at the trade counter, answer enquiries by phone and email, identify vehicle makes/models, process credits and warranties, and help with stock transfers and branch stock takes.
The ideal candidate has prior face-to-face sales and customer service experience, solid automotive knowledge, and strong administrative and communication skills.
