BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a passionate part time Care Worker to support Transitional Aged Care clients on the Central Coast and surrounds. This at-home role focuses on short-term care to help clients regain independence after hospital discharge, within the BaptistCare At Home team.
You will work with the client’s care team, provide in-home support, personal care, meals, and transportation, while building trusting relationships. Vaccination evidence and WWCC may be required.
