Totally Ortho Clinic is under exciting recent ownership, and we’re building something special. Led by our Principal Specialist Orthodontist; King’s College London trained, and a clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney. We’re a practice on the way up, investing in our people, our technology and our patients. We’re looking for a warm, switched-on receptionist to be the heart of our front of house and grow with us.

Who you are
- Mature-minded, warm and genuinely lovely with people; patients, parents and team alike.
- Calm, organised and unflappable when the waiting room is full and the phone is ringing.
- A natural problem-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked.
- Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
- Experience in a medical or dental practice (dental or orthodontic reception a real plus).
What you’ll do
- Welcome and care for every patient and family, in person and on the phone.
- Manage the appointment book, recalls and scheduling to keep our days running beautifully.
- Handle payments, patient payment plans and accounts with accuracy and care.
- Keep our records and systems accurate, and our front of house warm and welcoming.
- Be a proactive, positive part of a close‑knit team.
