ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom team in Balgowlah. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You’ll take ownership of showroom operations, sales performance, and team development while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long-term client relationships. This role requires one day of work on the weekends, and weekend coverage during busy sale periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve peak performance
- Process orders and manage client inquiries through Shopify with precision
- Oversee showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless operations




- Track client interactions and provide insights on customer trends

ABOUT YOU

- Proven showroom or retail management experience (preferably furniture/premium lifestyle brands)
- Strong leadership and sales coaching skills with track record of exceeding targets
- Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with solutions-focused mindset
- Available to work weekends with flexible scheduling
- Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards
- Experience in the furniture industry
