? Service Operations Coordinator A key operational role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing client relationships, scheduling works, maintaining compliance requirements and supporting business growth. We are looking for a proactive professional with outstanding communication skills, strong organisational abilities and experience coordinating technical service teams. Need 5yrs experience.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Assist with the Scheduling technician’s monthly works

· Quoting service testing and repair works to gain compliance

· Operate efficiently and provide service and customer support during field visits in accordance with the relevant standards

· Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions over a variety of issues

· Produce accurate, timely and detailed reports. With monthly reporting to the manager

· Work in accordance with Dynaflow policies and procedures.

· Maintain the NSW service compliance to ISO17025, ISO 45001 and ISO9001

· Provide all necessary information to administration accurately and on time.

· Promote positive client and staff relationships

· Maintain client portal compliance

· Oversee the activities and performance of technicians to ensure compliance with quality outcomes and requirements

· Act as the central point of contact and communicate service status adequately to all participants

· Maintain a safe,



secure and healthy work setting and culture by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal requirements

· Maintain an annual service calendar

· Manage the administration and resources for service

· Positive client relationships and proactive reporting

· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

· Promote service sales to achieve set budgets and targets

· Complete toolbox meetings with technicians

Qualification/Requirements

· Proven Coordinator experience in HVAC, fume extraction or similar technical industries

· Extensive experience in technical maintenance and repairs

· Proficiency in verbal/written English

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Accurate estimate and quoting

· Strong client-facing and communication skills

· Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

· Capable at working autonomously or within teams

· Available for regional and interstate travel on occasions

· Must have a current car driver’s license.

· Must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a Police Clearance check and have clearance to work in schools and Defence sites.

· Must be able to pass a standard medical checkup.

· Experience in coordinating a team of tradespersons.

· 6 months orientation and evaluation period

· Salary base role
