Stanmore Resources is seeking an organised HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full time, fixed-term contract for two years. Reporting to the HR Superintendent, the role delivers end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees across the operation.
You will partner with operational leaders on workforce planning, ER, performance management, and development initiatives, while driving change programs and employee engagement.
