Abbotsleigh Early Learning offers the unique opportunity to educate within a PreK-12 context. The Early Learning Centre is located within the Junior School campus, operating from 7.30 am -6.30 pm on weekdays for 49 weeks per year.

We are seeking a qualified Educator who is passionate about working with young children and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for early education. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll contribute to a supportive and skilled workplace.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in the Implementation and evaluation of educational programs
- Record, document and share observations with families
- Build and maintain respectful, reciprocal relationships with children and families
- Build and maintain respectful and professional relationships with staff
- Maintain environments to the highest possible standards of safety and cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative learning environment
- Uphold a professional demeanour at all times
