We're looking for motivated, reliable, and hands-on people to join our team in Beresfield, NSW . Whether you're an experienced tiler, have 1-2 years of industrial or trade experience, or are looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're new to the industry, we'll provide full on-the-job training to help you develop into a qualified Industrial Tiler. If you already have relevant experience, you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills while continuing to grow within a specialised industry.
Working both in our Beresfield workshop and on NSW Coal Regions, you'll gain valuable experience in a supportive team that values safety, quality, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install wear-resistant ceramic linings
- Learn or further develop the skills required to become a qualified Industrial Tiler
- Assist experienced tradespeople in the workshop and on site
- Work at NSW coal preparation plants and other sites
- Use hand tools, cutting equipment, and power tools
- Prepare and apply industrial epoxies and adhesives
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and safety‑focused
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
Experience We’re Interested In
- Experience with wear resistant linings or coatings
- 1-2 years’ experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or trade environments
- Trades assistants or labourers looking to advance their careers
- Apprentices or people wanting to transition into a specialised industrial trade
