Livella is a growing underfloor heating brand, and we're looking for a Sales & Account Manager to own our customer relationships and grow our trade accounts.

Location: Onsite at Our Cromer Office

We make quality underfloor heating that Aussies love living with. We sell directly to homeowners doing renovations and new builds, and we supply directly to trade - electricians, builders, tile shops and wholesalers. We're a small, hands-on business that cares about getting the details right, from our customer service to the product delivery.

About the role

You'll own our customer relationships, looking after the homeowners who come to us, growing the trade accounts that keep coming back, and opening doors to new ones.

Most of your week is phone and office-based: being brilliant with people who contact us, calling accounts we haven't heard from in a while, following up quotes that have gone quiet, and finding the next order in customers we already have.

The rest is getting out from behind the desk, visiting tile shops, showrooms and trade suppliers to introduce Livella and build referral relationships, and reaching out to potential new accounts. It's practical, face-to-face relationship building rather than a cold-call quota, but you do need to be comfortable making the first approach.

What you'll do

Account management

- Own a portfolio of trade accounts - electricians, builders, tile shops.
- Build genuine relationships so we're the first call when a job comes up
- Proactively contact accounts that have gone quiet
- Spot growth opportunities within existing customers

New business

- Visit tile shops, showrooms and trade suppliers to introduce Livella and build referral relationships




- Reach out to prospective trade customers and onboard them as accounts

Represent Livella at trade events and expos as required - around 3-5 Saturdays a year, of which 2-3 are interstate with an overnight stay.

Prepare, issue and follow up quotes through to won or lost

Guide homeowners and trade customers to the right product for their job

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the range

Work toward agreed sales targets

Systems

- Keep HubSpot accurate and current - deals, contacts, pipeline stages
- Report on pipeline and account performance

What you'll bring

- Experience in internal/inside sales, account management or a comparable role
- Confidence picking up the phone and following up
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Able to work with limited day-to-day supervision
- Current driver's licence and comfortable travelling locally for customer visits
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Background in building, trade, renovation, homewares or e-commerce
- Track record of growing existing accounts
