General Practice Registered Nurse, Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, Nurse Immuniser.

Boolaroo Medical Practice is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive nursing team. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), starting ASAP . We are open Monday to Friday and closed on weekends and public holidays, offering great work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, reliable, hardworking and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. General practice nursing experience is desirable but not essential , as full training will be provided.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be trained and supported in all aspects of GP nursing, including:

- Childhood immunisations
- Travel vaccinations
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccination programs
- Assisting with procedures
- Emergency care
- Cold chain management
- Stock control
- ECG and Spirometry
- Chaperone duties
- Maintaining treatment room and clinical standards
- Wound management




- Care plans (CDM)
- Health assessments
- Assisting doctors with minor procedures
- Other tasks associated with general practice nursing

Skills & Experience

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High level of autonomy and initiative
- Strong organisational and time-management abilitiesBest Practice software experience (desirable)
- Understanding of Chronic Disease Management Plans, Asthma and Diabetes Cycle of Care, and MBS item optimisation (desirable)
