☕ Casual Barista Allrounder / Front of House – Brisbane Café

We’re looking for a skilled Barista Allrounder with strong Front of House experience to join our busy café team in Sinnamon Park Brisbane QLD 4073. This casual role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves making outstanding coffee, and brings a positive, team‑focused attitude to every shift.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot beverages, serving customers, taking orders, and supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations. We’re looking for someone who can deliver excellent service while keeping energy high and customers happy.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Exceptional hot beverage skills — confident in making short blacks, cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates, and all espresso‑based coffees.
- Coffee art ability — latte art skills are a bonus and highly valued.
- Excellent customer service — warm, friendly, and able to create a welcoming café experience.
- Front of house experience — including greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food,



and maintaining a clean service area.
- Waitressing skills — confident carrying plates, serving tables, and managing customer flow.
- Upselling ability — comfortable suggesting extra coffees, add‑ons, and specials.
- Team player attitude — supportive, adaptable, and able to work well during busy periods.
- Strong café operations knowledge — understands workflow, customer pacing, and front‑of‑house efficiency.
- Positive attitude with customers & team — reliable, respectful, and upbeat.
