Job Connect is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual for an IMMEDIATE START to join our office team as aCustomer Service/Data Entry Officer with a well-established food distribution warehouse inMt Isa.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in the role.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Office Support: General administration, filing, answering phones, and processing customer orders.
- Data Entry & Order Processing: Print picking slips, invoices, and assist with customer pickup logistics.
- Customer & Driver Liaison: Communicate with Food Service Delivery Drivers and customers to meet requirements and respond to enquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

- Computer Skills: Confident using basic computer programs and completing data entry.
- Team Player: Willing to work with others and help where needed.
- Positive Attitude: Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
