Our busy Cafe in Westmead's Children's Hospital is seeking an energetic Cafe Manager to oversee our team. We serve Will & Co Coffee, and operate alongside Mint Fresh IGA at the busy entrance to the hospital.

Our successful new Cafe Manager will be available Monday - Friday from 7am-4pm, and have experience in customer service, are passionate and committed to growing your career with a growing hospitality group.

Skills and Experience required:

- Experience Managing a team within a fast-paced Cafe (Barista experience preferred).
- Passion for hospitality & willingness to provide an excellent offering to Hospital staff, patients & visitors with fresh ideas and positive mindset
- A genuine passion for retail and customer service
- The ability to reach sales targets, KPIs and promote growth




- The ability to multitask and manage daily complexities autonomously
- Availability Mon - Friday from 7am

Successful applicants will:

- Have Cafe Management experience in a busy Australian Cafe serving exceptional Coffee
- Have the ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work workplace
- Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise
- A passion for the Retail Food industry
- Commitment to grow and develop with our business
