Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join their supportive team in Toowoomba . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while making a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians within the community.

Offering both full time and part-time opportunities , this role provides excellent flexibility, work-life balance and the autonomy to manage your own schedule while being backed by an experienced and supportive team.
A snapshot of your core responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to aged care clients within the community.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Provide manual handling assessments and recommendations.
- Support clients to maintain mobility, independence and quality of life.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders to deliver person-centred care.





What you’ll need to be considered:

- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working within aged care and confidence with manual handling assessments.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a community-based caseload.
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship with unrestricted working rights.
