RACV Travel & Experiences is seeking a Training Specialist in Melbourne to design and deliver onboarding for consultants across all channels. You will facilitate ongoing product, systems and sales capability training and provide coaching to ensure consistent performance.
The role requires solid facilitation, instructional design, travel product knowledge, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. A TA E and travel-related qualifications are preferred.
