We’re on the hunt for motivated and reliable Kitchen Hands to join our team at Mingara!

As a Kitchen Hand, you’ll support daily kitchen operations through food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping), cleaning, and general kitchen duties. You’ll be part of a team that helps bring exceptional dining and event experiences to life.

This is a permanent part-time role, with shifts available across various outlets and our bustling events kitchen. Operating hours can range from 7.00 am to midnight, so availability for weekends and public holidays is a must – it’s all part of the fun in hospitality!

About You

You're hands-on, hardworking, and love being part of a team. You're not afraid to get a little messy and understand the importance of delivering smooth, clean, and productive service behind the scenes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- A solid understanding of food handling and kitchen safety
- A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High hygiene and cleanliness standards
- A great team spirit
- RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain)

Your Commitment

We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week hospitality business.
