Duties:

Objectives:

Ø To work in Wheel Packaging area and temporary assistance in other packing sections of the factory (when required) whilst following all available Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control issues

Ø To ensure your workstation is clean and safe

Ø To follow all policies

Ø Make Safety to yourself and others the first priority.

Ø Through communication and initiative strive for better work practices

Ø Treat your fellow workers with respect and avoid any confrontations.

Ø Advise the Wheel Division Manager of absenteeism before your normal start time

Ø Negotiate leave with Wheel Division Manager to ensure minimum interruption to production to meet customers’ requirements.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Ø Packing Wheels

Ø Prepare Wheels for Chroming

Ø Packing General (when required)

Ø Metal Stripping (when required)

Ø Assist others

Ø Maintenance

Ø Area Housekeeping

Ø Training

Ø Communication

Ø Follow all Reasonable Requests by the Wheel Manager and Factory Manager

Ø Duties and Essential Job Functions:

Ø Communicate with the Wheel Division Manager, Factory Manager,



and fellow employees where required

Ø Follow all Standard Operating Procedures supplied to ensure your duties are of an acceptable quality

Ø Re: Deliveries. Please Verify and sign relevant paperwork

Ø Ensure all policies are adhered to.

Ø Complete all tasks with safety as a priority, report any unsafe equipment or act to Management

Ø Train selected staff in the operation of all your duties

Ø Perform basic maintenance and report all wear components and variations to the Factory Managers

Ø Participate in cross training and perform any duty within your training capabilities as directed by the Wheel Division Manager/Factory Managers

Ø Routine housekeeping of the factory (including keeping consumables at hand)

Ø Ensure all goods are put into their relevant stores immediately in a clean and secure manner

Ø Assist if requested various sections by ensuring their consumables are stocked and areas are clean

Ø Ensure working area is kept in a clean manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
