Estimator required to join a Tier 3 principal contractor based in Inner Sydney to work on various projects within the commercial construction space.

This contractor is a Australian-owned and nationally established business, with a strong presence in the mid-sized commercial construction space. They pride themselves on the successful and timely delivery of projects valued up to $15m.

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

- Creating tenders from first principles
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Risk analysis of project via the plans and also programs
- Collecting and analysing the scope of works to estimate the cost of labour,



machines, subcontractors, time and any other associated costs which may impact the project
- Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover

To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Experience in estimating projects valued between $1m to $15m
- Construction New Build Fit out & Refurb experience is highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors
