About the Role

As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for our valued business clients, managing their travel requirements from start to finish. From booking complex domestic and international itineraries to providing expert advice and support, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No two days are the same. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate ever-changing travel requirements while building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing domestic and international corporate travel bookings
- Creating tailored travel itineraries that meet client needs and company travel policies
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email




- Offering expert advice on airfares, accommodation, car hire, and travel logistics
- Assisting travellers with changes, disruptions, and urgent travel requests
- Building solid relationships with clients and becoming a trusted travel partner
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in corporate travel, business travel, or a similar travel consulting role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
